Terms of Hire

• All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of ATLAS Rostock GmbH.
• The displayed prices are Net prices in Euros excluding VAT.
• Minimum hire period = 1 day.
• One hire day comprises of 8 hours. Any additional hour will be calculated at 1/8 of the daily charge.
• The Hirer is responsible for punctual return of any equipment.
• The equipment will be insured against theft, vandalism and fire by ATLAS Rostock GmbH.
• Additionally it is possible to agree a breakdown insurance. (machine must be rented for a minimum of 4 weeks)
• If the customer wants to insure the equipment then proof of insurance must be shown at point of signing the contact.
• Excess charge to the customer is 2500,00 Euro per claim.
• The excess charge doubles for machines witch are used in demolition.
• The rental is a service and is therefore discounts cannot be given.
• Failure of the hour meter must be reported at once to ATLAS Rostock GmbH.
• Machines are to be returned full of fuel and cleaned.
